The campus of Rajkiya Engineering College Kannauj is located in between the two villages namely Aher and Budhai Purwa, at Dibyapur road. It is near about 100 kilo meters far from district Kanpur, 21 kilometers far from Kannauj railway station/bus stand, 5-6 kilometers far from Rajkiya Medical College, Kannauj and 3 kilometers ahead of the main market of Tirwaganj. One can reach college campus from Kannauj railway station/bus stand of Kannauj by having auto rickshaw.

Moreover, one can also reach Pal Chauraha via the bye pass link near district hospital at G.T. road Kannauj (towards Kanpur side) or from Jalalpur Panwara at G.T. road (towards Delhi side). By reaching Pal Chauraha, one can take either a left turn (if coming via bye pass from Kanpur side) or a right turn (if coming via bye pass from Delhi side). From Pal chauraha, the college is 17 kilometers ahead.

If somebody is coming from Lucknow side, then he/she can follow the Agra-Lucknow expressway for which a link is provided at Tirwa road, near about 2 kilometers before the Rajkiya Medical College, Kannauj.
